How do I stop Copilot from adding to my Outlook?
Copilot keeps coming back because it’s likely being auto-installed by Microsoft updates or your organization’s settings. You can try removing it under File > Options > Add-ins, but if it returns daily, it’s probably managed by your IT or policy settings. You may need to contact your admin or IT support to permanently block it.

But if there is an option at the user level to disable, then it should stay disabled. Period. If there is an org policy to force install it, then the disable option should be grayed out at the user level. That is the expected behavior. Either way, this is a big that Microsoft needs to address.

100% agree. The way it is now is a crime. The toggle turns itself back on by the time you reopen Outlook/OWA.
^^That specifically is what I'm referring to. I have no Copilot license assigned, no Copilot related MDM/GPO policies. 2 work accounts in different M365 tenants confirming this issue in both New Outlook and OWA.
