How do I set junk email option to no automatic filtering in Outlook New?

Over the last few weeks I have been getting tons of junk e-mail in my inbox - it's as if my filters were reset - and I would love to find this page highlighted, but I need someone to lead me thru it by step because I cannot find this page on my own. Thx.
