How do I get Outlook to select the newest email in a folder?
I have my emails shown as conversations. The emails sorted from newest to oldest (newest at the top). But whenever I go to a folder, Outlook always selects/highlights my oldest email at the bottom. ...

this happens because you custmized the view on the inbox folder only.
you can create a view setting and apply this setting to all folders.
