How do I forward FOCUSED emails but not OTHER?
I get a lot "junk" emails in my OTHER subfolder. I want to forward all FOCUSED emails to my assistant, but none of the OTHER emails. I can find no way to set that up in RULES AND ALERTS.

I am an independent advisor answering Microsoft Outlook questions.
I want to take this opportunity for others reading this thread; the messages in the Focus and Other tabs are "filtered" content saved in the INBOX FOLDER and not two separate folders. Here are several workarounds for removing unwanted emails from the OTHER tab.
Option 1: I agree with the Victor Ivanidze about forwarded messages capability. Use Power Automate.
Option 2
Mark emails as Junk so it goes directly to the junk folder.
Option 3
Use the SWEEP Command to delete or move content from the Inbox to another folder. It does not have a forward functionality.
Option 4
Microsoft recently allowed users to EMPTY (delete) only the content listed in the OTHER tab. Here's how.
• Click on the OTHER tab
• Select single or all messages
• From the top navigation, select EMPTY.

- Victor_IvanidzeBronze ContributorIt looks like you have to create a Power Automate flow to do that.
