How do I copy all sent emails to inbox, as I send them?

Do you mean you have created a transport rule using the Exchange admin interface?
No i did it on microsoft exchange admin center
Go on Mailflow -> Rules then add a rule
Aha, you are talking about a transport rule.
It certainly will work but imagine you have 1000 users. Also, not all organizations allow the admins to create the transport rules for that purpose.
