How do I copy all sent emails to inbox, as I send them?
I would like to copy my sent emails into my inbox. I know how to do this manually (and slowly); how do I ensure this happens automatically every time I send an email? I don't want them to simply ...

Hi,
I managed to achieve this goal by using exchange admin user with Rules
Apply this rule the sender is "my email"
do the following
add recipients to the CC box "my email".
Please advise if there is an bad effect to this kind of solution thanks

No i did it on microsoft exchange admin center
Go on Mailflow -> Rules then add a rule- Victor_IvanidzeFeb 01, 2023Bronze Contributor
Aha, you are talking about a transport rule.
It certainly will work but imagine you have 1000 users. Also, not all organizations allow the admins to create the transport rules for that purpose.
