How do I copy all sent emails to inbox, as I send them?

I managed to achieve this goal by using exchange admin user with Rules
Apply this rule the sender is "my email"
do the following
add recipients to the CC box "my email".
Please advise if there is an bad effect to this kind of solution thanks

- Do you mean you have created a transport rule using the Exchange admin interface?
No i did it on microsoft exchange admin center
Go on Mailflow -> Rules then add a ruleAha, you are talking about a transport rule.
It certainly will work but imagine you have 1000 users. Also, not all organizations allow the admins to create the transport rules for that purpose.
