How do I copy all sent emails to inbox, as I send them?
Hi Sjur_Bjerke,
import and test SentItemsToInbox flow (only for Office 365, not for Outlook.com).
Instruction how to import you'll find here.

Victor_Ivanidze well I couldn't find a way to search for that action, but I just tested it again anyway and it works 😀 so thank you again!
- Victor_IvanidzeJun 16, 2023Bronze ContributorPlease search for this action - the flow is quite small 😉
- How_p188Jun 16, 2023Copper ContributorFirst of all thanks so far for your help! I am learning a lot about Power Automate 🙂
However I seem to be stuck at the very last hurdle:
I seem to have successfully imported the flow after adding the two connections. I have then gone to edit > When a new email arrives (V3) > reselected Sent Items
However there is no "Move email (V2) 2" section as you describe above - any suggestions? - Victor_IvanidzeMar 08, 2023Bronze Contributor
Hi NPE_Brian, glad to know you got managed it working.
Note on the product's web page recommended:
- Re-select "Sent Items" folder in "When a new email arrives (V3)" trigger and "Inbox" folder in "Move email (V2) 2" action.

Victor_IvanidzeThe import worked, but the testing the flow failed two times. First because the trigger needed to be re-pointed to my sent items box. Then second because it also needed to be repointed to my inbox. After doing that, it is successful!
- Victor_IvanidzeDec 23, 2022Bronze ContributorHi @Sjur,
any progress? - Victor_IvanidzeDec 21, 2022Bronze ContributorCreate 2 connections via Power Automate > Data > Connections:
Office 365 Outlook
Office 365 Users
After that you will be able to select the appropriate connection after clicking "Velg ved import". - Sjur_BjerkeDec 20, 2022Copper ContributorI cannot find anything really new here. I guess the package should be imported as a flow and the next step is to configure the flow - but there is nothing to configure and the import (Lagre) button remains greyed out. Any idea why this is happening or what is wrong ? What is your thinking ?

Hi Sjur_Bjerke,
here is an another manual: https://manueltgomes.com/microsoft/powerautomate/flow-how-to-import-a-flow-template/

Sorry for my clumsiness here, but I cannot see anything to change or add. I choose Create as new, but then there are no Resources to configure under Import and no way to proceed...

- Victor_IvanidzeDec 19, 2022Bronze ContributorYou have to select "Import package (Legacy)"
- Sjur_BjerkeDec 19, 2022Copper ContributorBy the way, I used this recipe to import asn the one you referred to was from 2017 and the "old" Flow branding.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/import-flow-solution - Sjur_BjerkeDec 19, 2022Copper ContributorI guess I'm doing something wrong here, but I get this error message when importing:
The solution file is invalid. The compressed file must contain the following files at its root: solution.xml, customizations.xml, and [Content_Types].xml. Customization files exported from previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 are not supported.
Anything I can do about this ? - Sjur_BjerkeDec 16, 2022Copper ContributorThanks Victor, I will have a look and possibly enlist some local help as I don't have much experience with Flow. I'll report back !
- Victor_IvanidzeDec 16, 2022Bronze ContributorI gave you a solution for the web version: https://www.ivasoft.com/files/SentItemsToInbox_101.zip
Happy holidays! - Sjur_BjerkeDec 16, 2022Copper ContributorGreat guys, but I'm not a fan of the Outlook app, so I need a solution for the web version... 😞
I see there are 3rd party plug-ins that can do the job, but would have preferred to stay in the MS universe...
Anyway, happy holidays to you too ! - gita_mooneyDec 15, 2022Copper Contributor
That is one smart workaround. Even though Power Automate does not look at outgoing mails, the fact that it automatically saves it in the send folder and using that to say if that folder gets "incoming" mail is GENIUS.
Happy Holidays
Cheers
