How can we increase ms exchange online mailbox storage?

you can acquire a new license, choosing 03 options:
a) Exchange Online Plan2 = just edit the user who needs upgrade from 50GB to 100GB;
b) E3 = that user will explore not only 100GB for mailbox but also another resources/benefits ( https://m365maps.com/files/Microsoft-365-E3.htm
c) M365 Business Premium = came with 50GB for mailbox + Online Archiving (https://m365maps.com/files/Microsoft-365-Business-Premium.htm)
You should confirm what is the best option 'cost-benefits' for that user. Keep in mind that you can change license anytime - but first check the commitment of that license (monthly payment or annual payment).
