How can I import PST file into Gmail?

I am working as a freelancer and recently I received .pst files from my client. Now his requirement is that he wanted to migrate Outlook files to Gmail account for backup purpose. 

The real problem is that I don't know how to do it without losing any data. Can anyone recommend me the best and reliable solution for importing PST to Gmail?
