Hotmail/Outlook Deleting Safe Senders by default

It appears Outlook.com is deleting password reset and support emails from Amazon.com regardless if they are on the safe senders list or not.  I am unable to fix this bug as there are no filters in place causing the issue that I can find.  Microsoft may want to look into this bug.
