help with Outlook 2019 archiving

By default, the autoarchive is folder set to "Do not archive items in this folder". I know that using "tools", I can override that setting for a one off manual archive run. It ever says that setting WILL be ignored. If I run archive manually, auto archive OBEYS "Do not archive items in this folder" and does NOT autoarchive the folder.  Apart from doing everything manually, is there a way to auto archive every folder ?  ie change every folder's auto archive setting to default Autoarchive ?  If not, does the widows 11 imbedded outlook have an updated autoarchive that actually works ?
