Having issues with a Outlook custom-domain (exchange) binding with Microsoft mobile TO DO.

Every other type of account that i have works successfully.  It is just with a particular email. It worked before but it does not recognize it anymore.  I logged out of both apps and logged back in.  I did create a separate outlook profile and it still did not work. Any thoughts?

    Same issue here since 15 February 2026. It works on my phone but it is messy on my outlook on my PC. I received this awkward message dated on "14/02/2015" while I received it in mid-February: "

    De : Outlook.com Team <email address removed for privacy reasons>

    À : email address removed for privacy reasons
    Objet : Please sign in to your Outlook.com account
