Have to open and close outlook for emails to send

One possible solution is to check your Outlook settings and make sure there are no restrictions on the number of emails you can send in a single session. Hi again. It seems to be working a bit better after moving my contacts onto the same datafile as the new profile but the 'email address' option doesn't show up when in the final mail merge stage of 'finish & merge'. I went for the 'name' column instead but its not sent to everyone as I have multiple people called 'Dan' for example... anyone know how to get the 'email_address' option back for the 'to' field and then think we may be onto a winner...? or am I going down the completely wrong rabbit hole here?
