Have an issue with one client machine where Outlook wont connect to M 365.
Customer has a Microsoft 365 installation and connects to Microsoft 365 for mail and also Google. Last month Microsoft 365 stopped working "disconnected" and I removed the account to re-add it and then it would not add again. Got the something went wrong message. Webmail works and the other machines in the office do as well.
I just created a new login for him and the new complete profile got him going. Today again, same issue on the new login. I tried running the microsoft onboarding advanced test tool and got the "ssl connection could not be established, see inner exception for details, " Dont know if that is related or not. The test runs fine on the other office computers.
I tried another new user profile just as a test and it wont even work.
