HACKED ACCOUNT
My mom's FB is hacked. I have alr submitted a form for hacked account but the info provided is incorrect. I believe the hacker has changed all the information. I can't get through to a live agent to explain. The help system is so bad! I've clicked e-mail us, through the virtual agent and contact us but it doesn't lead to anything except my inbox. I don't even know what their customer support e-mail is. PLEASE HELP ME

Hacking sometimes does harm other people. I can't help you much, because I only know about Cara Hack FB. Which my friend once used to hack Facebook accounts.
But I've heard stories from my friend's experience that it can be overcome in many ways.
One of them uses the Forgot Password method. Or maybe answer the Security Question as well. Also Two Factor Authentication.
