Graphic in a signature is displayed only sporadically

macOS, MS Outlook 16.73.2.

When I receive e-mails „Re:“ sent by me, I sometimes see that the graphic belonging to my signature has already been sent by me apparently not. Before I send an e-mail everything always looks ok. Under Settings > Signatures everything is also displayed correctly. Unfortunately, I can not make sense of it ...
