Grabled content
Hello, from certain email address the body of the email contains garbled text and is unreadable. Can you suggest how to fix this?
- Are you using Outlook desktop or Outlook on the web? Is yahoo involved? Some users have experienced problems with Yahoo accounts since they upgraded their servers, but as far as I know, only Windows Mail was affected, not Outlook. What are you using for antivirus? If not Defender, disable email scanning in the antivirus and disable any outlook addins that the software installed.
