google tasks

Hi, when I'm on my google calendar, on the Web I can create tasks.  However, in Outlook  those tasks won't show up but my emails will.  What gives?

    That completely depends on which mail service of Google you are using and which version of Outlook.

    In general, when you sync your email via IMAP, you only get email since the IMAP protocol itself doesn't understand what a Calendar is.

    You could subscribe to your Calendar as an Internet Calendar (iCalendar). This is read-only.

    For a Google Workspace account, you can install GWSMO for a full sync experience.
