Gmail workspace and new Outlook sync problems
If you're asking about Outlook (new) logs, I have found them in the User AppData folder specifically C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Olk
There's a Logs folder in that path.
Just recently we've had delays with certain users as well using Outlook (new) with Google Workspace users.
Google fixed the last major problem with GWSMO and Outlook Classic with GWSMO ver 4.3.77.0. We have been rolling with that fine since June 2025 but for the last few days all of sudden we're unable to setup new Outlook profiles using GWSMO with Outlook x64.
It's happening with Windows 10 and 11. I have tried repairing Office, reinstalling GWSMO, updating Chrome, rebooting, all the usual suspects but no love.
The only fix for us (so far) is to uninstall Office x64, reboot, and install Office x86 along with the GWSMO 32-bit version.
I loved using outlook to keep multiple inboxes synced across multiple MS365 work accounts (I work with multiple clients) and yahoo & google accounts. Classic started failing with sync issues on the gmail accounts and I'd find emails I had sent days ago sitting in draft. Upgraded earlier in the year to the New outlook and continued to have the same issues. I eventually gave up as it was cutting into too much billable time to figure it out. I have another service, Mailbird, I have been using, but it is missing some basic features. I'd love to go back to Outlook, but these 2 companies seem to be refusing to play nicely together. Following this thread to to see if you find a solution and/or updates are made to resolve this.
