Gmail email works, but Google Calendar stopped syncing

You have confirmed Gmail mail works, but calendars neither receive Google changes nor send Outlook-created events after reauthorizing on two PCs. Because it follows the account across devices, treat it as an account/connection issue before rebuilding Windows. In Google Calendar on the web, create a test event, then check New Outlook on the web. Create a second event in New Outlook and check Google Calendar. That isolates whether the break is inbound, outbound, or client-only. Remove the Gmail account from New Outlook, restart it, and add it again through Google sign-in, approving Calendar access. Confirm the right Google account and calendar are enabled in Outlook’s calendar list. For a read-only fallback, subscribe to the Google calendar’s iCal address; an import is a snapshot, while a subscription refreshes on the provider’s schedule. Do not rely on cached events as proof that live synchronization works.
