Glitch to change Outlook appearance
Hello Microsoft team, I found a glitch when I try to change the new Outlook appearance, I can only select "Light" or "use system configuration" but I can't select the dark mode theme.
Microsoft Outlook version 1.2023.515.100 (Production).
Client version 20230505004.21.
Does anyone know why this happened? I suddenly cannot change my theme color. I only have two choices.
I am an independent advisor answering questions about New Outlook.
I am unsure why this it is happening. Microsoft did experience several technical issues this week. I can offer a screenshot of my settings to see if it will resolve your issue.
New Outlook: I was able to change to Dark Mode and have multiple themes available.Return to Classic Outlook and check your settings. I understand that if Use System Settings are selected in Classic Outlook, Dark will not work. Here are my Settings.
