Ghost messages

RobertSparnaaij No it has nothing to do with the ribbon, classic or simplified. Every email has a duplicate email above it. It is not a real message.
Those are instructions to adjust or reset the View of the Message List 😉
- If I click on where it says 'view' either nothing happens or I get an error message.
- Your explanation makes sense re the header but I cannot access the View. When I click on it in either ribbon nothing happens. So I can't change it!
- I realize that but that is not the problem. I have adjusted everything possible in the message views.
