Getting bounces from the server
We are trying to send email to email id email address removed for privacy reasons but getting error {

I got a S3150 complaining that part of my IP block is on a block list. Apparently, part of my /24 is on a block list, but according to SpamHaus, my /29 (and my domain) is in good shape. Just last week I send something to abuse @ outlook.com, with no problems. Today, not so much. Since I am the Owner, C-suite, admin, postmaster, and everything for my domain, I kinda dont think it is because I suddenly started sending spam. And, I have seen nothing, anywhere, that would allow me to 'request removal from the block list'. How does one do this? How does one get MS attention to this?
