Get rid of new outlook

So, Microsoft is up to it again. Screwing with users computers. I have been fielding calls to "Where is my outlook".

Users are understandably pissed off. We switched off the "New" outlook, yet Microsoft forces it on our machines (Illegal) and changes the layout and work functions of all staff. We did not ask for this illegal behavior, now IT is stuck fixing this (Again). Again, I don't work for Microsoft so I do not get paid fixing Microsoft issues. If Microsoft would pay me, I would be more willing to fix all their issues.

Can we get this illegal behavior from Microsoft to stop? This is causing more issues with an already flaky OS.
