Get notified about task-update

OL2016-2019:

 

Boss of the Company delegates in a Meeting different tasks to the employees.

The employess should create the tasks in Outlook by themselves.

Boss wants to get notified about changes/completion and have these tasks in his Outlook.

 

How ca an employee do this?
