Generate a hyperlink to return to a specific outlook email?

I would like the ability to generate a hyperlink to return me to a specific email in my inbox, ideally on the web. Is this possible? 

Use case: On my to-do lists, I could add a "respond to this email ([insert hyperlink]) from XYZ person." I currently have to go hunting for that email if I want to resolve my to-do list item.
