Forward & Reply Icons have gone missing after installing iOS 13.1.1

Hi,

After installing iOS 13 and the subsequent updates, the forward and reply icons within my Outlook no longer appear after I have responded to an email from my iPhone using Apple's mail app.

I'm currently using Microsoft Office 2013 and my email is hosted on Microsoft Exchange server.

Is anyone else experiencing this same issue and if so are you aware of a fix?
