Formatting wont transfer from Excel to Outlook

The last 2 or 3 days every time I copy and paste from Excel into Outlook it drops all of the formatting. I've adjusted my settings to keep formatting, tried manually telling it to keep the formatting...

If Excel formatting suddenly stopped transferring to Outlook, it’s likely Outlook or Office settings. Not always have Excel problem. Firstly users can try Paste Special → Keep Source Formatting.

 

If still not work then you should check Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Editor Options → Advanced → Cut, copy, and paste.

 

Excel content isn’t being pasted as plain text. Make sure your Outlook message is set to HTML, not Plain Text. You can also test Outlook on the web to determine whether the desktop app is causing the issue. If nothing works, restart Office, disable add-ins temporarily, or run an Office repair. If still not changing the format then you can choose software solution which not just convert your file but also make formatting unchangeable. I suggest BitRecover.
