Can I ask what information or a basic idea of what is in the attachment? You do a few things in 365 in the back end, not in Outlook directly. You can use a template also and while it doesn't do attachments, you can put that information in a 365 form and use the link in forms to get them the info, or just put the info in the template too. That's actually what I would consider.
