Font problems

In the past when I send a message on Outlook mail, the font was always 11.

Now for some reason when I try a note via Outlook, my font shows a greyed out 11, and the message comes out very tiny.  I go up the heading and have to change it to 28 so I can see the letters.

After I send the note, Outlook mail reverts to the greyed out 11.

What did I do to get it to where it was>

Thanks for the help,

Larry S

Foolish - yes I know. But Microsoft get off your collective backsides and start earning MY money.

    Hi denims41,

here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:
    1) Zoom Settings:
Press and hold CTRL while you rotate the wheel button to zoom in or out.

    2) Default Font Settings:

    • Open Outlook and go to the "File" tab.
    • Click on "Options."
    • In the Outlook Options dialog box, go to the "Mail" category.
    • Under the "Compose messages" section, click on "Stationery and Fonts."
    • Ensure that the default font settings are set to your preferred font and size.

Change or set the default font in Outlook - Microsoft Support
