'Follow in inbox' as 'No Email or Events' by group owner or exchange administrator

For an office 365 group - how can I set the 'Follow in inbox' as 'No Email or Events' the default setting for a group.  We don't want to subscribe new members to any of the group emails, but the default option is 'only replies to you and events'.
