Focused vs Other in Outlook - How does it work?

I would have pointed you to the resources that you noted already. Microsoft has shared the following in the early days of the Focus/Other rollout.The default sorting is based on:
- Your email habits – Who do you interact with frequently?
- Email content – Subject Line Keywords and structure of emails.
- Sender reputation – Recognized vs. unknown senders.
- Previous actions – Best method: If you move emails manually between Focused and Other, Outlook learns from this.
