Focused inbox - What does 'actively using clutter' mean?
According to this post, focused inblox will not be enabled for someone using clutter:
Admin Action | User Experience – Today |
If admin does nothing during Focused Inbox rollout |
|
If admin disables Focused Inbox organizationally |

If admin enables Focused Inbox organizationally |

In this context, what does 'actively using clutter' mean, as I have at least one user for whom focused inbox has now appeared in OWA. (No admin action has been taken.)
TonyRedmond might know the inner workings here.
I do,. But what's the question. Focused Inbox is the future and Clutter is the past (previous generation technology). Now that Outlook is starting to support Focused Inbox, the need for people to cling to Clutter is much reduced. https://www.petri.com/outlook-focused-inbox
Eventually, Microsoft will disable Clutter and force people to use Focused Inbox or manage their inboxes themselves...

TonyRedmond I'm trying to understand how someone who had clutter, now has a Focused Inbox in OWA. They claim (and I have no reason to disbelieve) that they did not enable it themselves.
