Focused Email Inbox

In Outlook, I tag important emails with the red flag and also pin them. So those emails then sit on top of my regular Focused Email inbox.

Just starting today, however, I cannot access - on my laptop - those regular emails down below in my Focused Email inbox.

I hit the Sync bottom and still do not get access to those non-pinned emails.

There is a "load more conversations" showing at the bottom of my Focused email inbox. But nothing changes when I click on that.

These emails show in Outlook on my phone but not on my laptop. 

How do I get access to all of my emails on my laptop?
