Flagged Emails as Tasks
Hi DoDolandius,
by default Outlook displays flagged emails in the "To-Do List" regardless of the account they belong to. There is no built-in feature to automatically separate flagged emails based on their associated accounts.
There are 2 options you can try to work around the mentioned limitation.
- Categorize flagged emails from your private and business accounts using different categories: for example, you can assign a "Private" category to flagged emails from your private account and a "Business" category to flagged emails from your business account. By filtering and sorting the tasks by categories, you can have a separate view for each account's flagged emails.

- Another option is to create custom search folders in Outlook: these folders allow you to gather specific types of items based on search criteria. You can create a custom search folder to collect flagged emails from your private account and another one for flagged emails from your business account. This way, you can have separate folders within the "Tasks of private account" section for each account's flagged emails.

Both of these workarounds require some manual effort, but they could help you achieve the desired separation of flagged emails by account within the Tasks section of Outlook.
