External sender flagging on all emails in Outlook
Hi, as a Consulting Firm using MS365 and the new Outlook, 99% of our incoming emails are from external senders. Outlook has suddenly started flagging these as suspicious, resulting in 100% of my inb...
Thanks Matt, we managed to get it fixed by adjusting the Augmentt settings.
In New Outlook, external sender alerts come from Microsoft 365 security settings. If all emails are flagged, your admin needs to adjust the anti-phishing policy in Microsoft Defender to trust known senders or turn off the tag.
