external link in the email can't be opened (Mac)

The same Email was sent to different email addresses.

Outlook in windows system can be opened and link within email is ok to be opened.

Outlook in Mac OS system, 50% can open the email and link within the email, 50% can only open the email, click link in the email doesn't have any respond.

how to solve this problem, pls?
