Outlook, by default, only keeps a limited amount of recent emails offline when using IMAP. Older emails stay on the server and might not get included in the .pst export.
🔹 Check Cached Exchange Mode Settings:
- Open Outlook.
- Click File → Account Settings → Account Settings.
- Select your email account and click Change.
- Check the Mail to keep offline slider—if it's set to 1 year, that’s why older emails are missing.
- Move the slider to All (this will force Outlook to download all mail).
- Wait for Outlook to sync, then re-export.
