Export data, accounts and update...

Good evening everyone, I had several problems: this morning I couldn't open outlook app on my Mac (OS Sonoma). I updated and it worked again, but it's duplicating all my emails. I wanted to reinstall Outlook, but to speed things up, I wanted to export the account data and then re-import them (without having to reinsert all the parameters one by one): which is impossible, because the EXPORT item is dimmed. Another thing, if I go into the account details, I only see the email and the associated name: why can't I see all the other parameters? What would be the reason? Thanks, see you soon.
