Experience total loss Outlook calendar items Feb,2024?
I calendar all appts for my boss. Microsoft Office 365. Yesterday, all appointments disappeared and every day has been populated with appointments that are 4,5 even 6 years old! His calendar is now filled with multiple ancient appointments, these show on his office computer, and they also on my "shared" view (when viewing his calendar from my computer) How do I get his calendar back?
Will all of his present appointments re-populate?
Or have we lost everything???

Hi NCMtnView,
you can try these options:
Recover Deleted Items:- Deleted Items folder: Check the “Deleted Items” folder within your Outlook calendar. If your missing data is there, right-click and choose “Restore” to bring it back.
- Recoverable Items folder: If the data isn’t in the Deleted Items folder, try the “Recoverable Items” folder. This hidden folder stores recently deleted items.
- Access it by:
- Go to the email folder list in Outlook.
- Select “Deleted Items.” folder
- Click on the “Restore last deleted Items in this folder.”
- Access it by:
Repair Data (.PST and .OST):- Use the built-in repair tool Scan.pst for your Outlook data file (PST or OST) to fix potential corruption that might be causing the data loss.
