Emails to PC come with 15min delay. To mobile phone immediately.

In our company we use Office 365. I have noticed that for one email account, the mails income with 15mins delay. To the same account on mobile phone they income immediately. Is there any way to check what is the root cause of such delay? On PC is used desktop Outlook app.
