EMAILS NOT BEING RECEIVED

Can anyone help?

I have not been able to receive any emails from people who dont seem to be in my contacts since February, all of a sudden they all seemed to stop.

I have checked the memory on my emails, it was quite full but not at capacity but deleted a lot of historic ones anyway to free up space.

I have checked the 'Rules' on my account and there is nothing really in there.

I have tried all of the troubleshooting on the web but nothing has worked, I have even tried contacting OUTLOOK via my work email to see if they can help. We ran a few tests and if I send an email from my account to my work account it works, however no other emails are coming through.

Im at a loss, I cant find any contact support for hotmail, Outlook suggested I may find my answer here?
