Emails containing links
When you reset a password a link is sent to you to verify it is you. I don't receive those emails. The sender confirms that they have been sent and received by my email address but it does not show in my inbox or junk folder. I have gone through all of the suggestions on microsoft community but nothing has resolved this. What is wrong?

Is this an Outlook.com mailbox?
Verify with the sender that SPF and DKIM is being used and that DMARC aligns as well or the message is very likely to be dropped. DKIM signing is often overlooked when automated systems are sending password reset emails.
