Email Rules in Outlook

I have Outlook set to receive 2 different email accounts & have created Rules to have the new messages go into the proper folder or account.  My question is this.....how can I delete all the Rules to start fresh?

I can Create, Manage, but not Delete Rules.

Anyone familiar with this?
