Email issues

When I get an enquiry for my business it comes to my phone but does not appear in outlook express on my lap top ?

Also when emails come in to my email account. Instead of appearing in the order they come in at. The newest email should be at the top in my inbox. I have to go trailing through all the older emails underneath until i find it which is a pain in the back side and a waste of time ?

This happened about 3 weeks ago. Corrected itself for a few days then started happening again yesterday.
