Email from email address removed for privacy reasons

Got an email from them and the link in the email was this: https://peoplefirst.myflorida.com, which sent me to "file:///Applications/Microsoft%20Outlook.app/Contents/Frameworks/EmailRendererKit.framework/" 

Is this writing malware on my computer? Help!
