Email archiving

Hi Guys

I was unsure of the best subject line to write as to my question so forgive me if it does not allign much to the below

I have been using for some time an O365 enterprise licence for work purposes with outlook, with this the ability to extract and save a .pst or archive file for emails was disabled.

The alternative i used was i would periodocially drag my emails to an "inbox" folder on my desktop and backup this way

what i am wanting to do now is somehow create an offline .pst with these emails in the same folder structure i had before ( which i can create this structure as it was not large ).....is their a way of doing this that will then allow me to create a backup .pst
