Email Analytics

Hi,

I think nowadays, in this day and age, with so many emails incoming and AI we need better tools. As an initial start, I am yet to find a reliable (or at all) tool to give me this specific information, in order to better handle my operational emails -

"I need a tool, addin or something that shows in a clear or graphical form, an analysis of all my incoming mail, for let's say the past year by these parameters: which are the most common emails? which are usually being filed without even being read? which are usually forwarded and to whom? which email am i getting the most repeat mails? I am talking about Microsoft Outlook specifically"

If anybody has an idea, that works in a dashboard format, graphical format maybe, without too much coding and/or just playing with workarounds that do not provide the complete solution, it will be wonderful.

take care,

This is just a the tip of the iceberg. I think these type of stuff should have appeared way earlier. also, they should not apply solely to the web version of outlook.

if microsoft is willing to hear my suggestions, I have a buttload that will make outlook a superior choice, as right now gmail offers many third-party functionalities thaty outpace Microsoft, despite it being the #1 tool for cooperations.

And I think that in some time the computer version will be without support - this is my private opinion.

      Best regards
