Email address disappear when replying / going into bbc

I have Outlook installed on my personal laptop.

I have 2 google workspace emails set up as well as one exchange email. 

I noticed that when I am sending an email from my google account and I cc my exchange email, the email address becomes empty after I am sending the email and the sent email shows sometimes the address as bcc.

The recipient can see the name but when replying, it goes as undelivrable for the cc email with a googleserver error that the recipient cannot be reached. 

Anyone encountered that issue or know how to solve it ?
