Duplicate emails?

For my work I'm often required to sent out multiples of the same email to different recipients. Each mail and each brief is slightly different and before I've found the easiest way is to duplicate a standard brief through Ctr + F and then revise each email to the recipient

After the recent Microsoft 11 update my outlook has changed and using Ctrl + F no longer works and I haven't figures out an alternative.

Is there any reason why Ctr + F is no longer working? What else can I do as a shortcut?

So far I know, in Microsoft Outlook, the standard keyboard shortcut for forwarding an email is not Ctrl + F; it's actually Ctrl + F3 to open the "Forward" dialog. Ctrl + F is typically used for the "Find" function in many applications, including Outlook.

Alex6542 did you ever find an alternative solution? I use this feature too and am seriously disappointed that it no longer works.
